An experienced Supply Chain & Operations specialist who has been developing multiple skills throughout his professional career.
This webiste is created to present innovative projects in relation to humanitarian supply chain.
There is no limit to innovation. Anyone with ideas to contribute in the reduction of the supply chain environmental footprint and make this world a better place is invited to contact me.
I came to realise that little investment is made in combining operational effectiveness and environmental impact reduction related to what humanitarian activities
make on the ground.
Organisations contributes to environmental
deterioration and very few are thinking
out of the box with innovative solutions
that would not add much burden
(both operationally and financially)
to the organisation.
With creative ways of operating,
this contribution would become "business as usual".
I am always looking for new solutions and try to see how the emerging innovations can fit in my environment, my daily work, my interaction with others and the eager to share ideas in conversations, including the humanitarian supply chain.
Whether it comes from formal education, or experienced based, there's always something to learn.
I am originally graduated in Electrical Engineering, which brings a "jack of all trades" approach to anything i undertake.
I am also Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt certified from Udemy (see certifications here and here).
My career has led me to specialize increasingly in the implementation of complex multi-cultural humanitarian operations and the management of their staffs at national levels. I have experience in: strategic operations planning; operational budget proposals; methodical administration to deadlines (not to speak of emergency crisis management where necessary); and the application of modern leadership methods (through staff motivation and involvement in both decision-making and target-setting, clarity in communication, and easy personal inter-relations).

Administration (HR, Finance)
My own cosmopolitan background and analytical interests in other cultures, together with a command of several European languages, have also left me confident in handling communication that requires the reconciliation of different national approaches to otherwise common problems.
After more than 15 years working in various continents and countries, both in emergencies and development programs, I am reaching a stage in my life and career where I want to contribute for making this world a better place
